The staff showed up early and went straight to work! The showed up about 30 minutes early and asked if they could go ahead and get the foam party started.  Your Wonderfly Game Coordinator will give you instructions on how to use the nerf birthday party supplies and answer any questions you have about your rental including nerf party games, where to play (you can host an indoor nerf gun party too!)
