Our approach to safety is all encompassing, including sanitation & cleaning, equipment safety, and experienced coordinators.
BubbleBall:
With three different sizes, our bubbles can be used by kids and adults of all sizes. We recommend all players be at least 5 years old and weigh less than 275 lbs in order to participate.
Arrow Tag: Ages 8 and up
Hamster Balls: Ages 1 and up!
Since Bubble Ball is tiring and we allow an unlimited number of players, we often recommend renting fewer bubbles than your total attendance and having people take turns. For example, ten bubble suits can comfortably entertain 10-20 people per hour. It takes just a few seconds to get in and out of a suit, so swapping out players is a breeze.
We've worked with groups of over 500. Note that in light of current public health considerations for events in the Summer and Fall of 2020, we would recommend that each participant be assigned their own bubble for the duration of the rental, with no equipment rotation.
We cannot play in the rain or snow. Fortunately, we have a free rescheduling policy in the event of bad weather or other conditions that prevent us from performing the rental or that are out of the customers control. We can also move your event indoors, if space is available.
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The rest of your payment is due at least 2 weeks before your rental. If you're booking within 2 weeks of your date, full payment is required. You may also choose to pay in full at the time of booking.
